I tell you, I came to make a payment to a checking account at a driving school (normal banks do not accept their accounts), they did not approve the transaction, the tc was not in my name, my friend went through the same situation. I started asking - they were rude. I don't say anything about commissions at all - for each transaction 2p, regardless of the amount, whether it's a ruble + the bank's own commissions are wild when paying with cards from normal banks (I took 40 rubles, 20 commissions). In general, the bank is for patience, if you do not consider yourself such, I do not recommend contacting it!
