I give 5 stars for excellent, competent and fast service to me as a sole proprietor (when I was a sole proprietor). From the point of view of an ordinary visitor, there is one disadvantage - there is no ATM or information kiosk. Everything has to be done through the cashier. And the rest is a normal branch of a normal bank.
