I applied to the exchange office of the Technobank bank in the Atrium shopping center. For the exchange of a $ 100 bill, the employees of the exchanger for some reason come in to take an additional 3% of the amount from me, for additional protection of the bill. What kind of nonsense is this??? I didn't change anything there, I went to another exchanger, Belagrobank, and everything was changed there without any problems.

the bank was disappointed. Queue formation is disgusting!!! To sit in line for 1.5 hours, provided that there were 4 people in front of me. 5 windows are working at most. When I asked the staff "By what criteria is the queue formed?" in response, they shrugged their shoulders and said "well, something like that"

I have been using the services of this bank for quite a long time (visa gold premium product) and I can say with confidence that this is one of the best banks. previously, I was a client of priorbank (ripping off and dictating their own narrowly focused policy, it is especially interesting to cash out from a card, but the service is good), mtb (a terrible bank after the sale by Atlant), BPS (generally satisfied with everything), belgazprombank (I am served in parallel, but even with a visa platinum status card you are treated as *censored*), BTA (when they were still Astana Bank, also a very good bank), periodically have to visit Belarusbank (without comments), belinvest (generally reminded belpost, a bank in which all transactions can be done exclusively in the branch where you are serviced, no common base), the rest slipped by and really talk about them I can't do anything. specifically, there was only one controversial situation with technobank all the time, but I must admit they came out of it with dignity and thereby earned even more respect. of the minuses, of course, the lack of its own installment product, and it was very strange for me that platinum has fewer privileges than gold, which is why I chose the second one... I recommend the bank for both businesses and individuals!
