From the very first minutes of your stay at the Technobank, you feel that every customer is truly appreciated here. This is not just a financial institution — it is an example of high-quality service, where everything is thought out for the convenience and peace of mind of visitors. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff of the bank. The staff demonstrate exceptional courtesy, professionalism and attentiveness: every issue is considered in good faith, and solutions are offered quickly and intelligently. Thanks to this, the interaction is always smooth and efficient. I would like to express my special gratitude to Anastasia Petlekha. Her kindness, sincere responsiveness and ability to find an approach made my treatment as comfortable as possible. There are no complaints about the work of the staff: the service is at a high level, the staff are polite and attentive, the processes are organized competently and thoughtfully. This attitude inspires trust and confidence in the quality of the bank's services. but! The only glaring and unbearable disadvantage is the massive rudeness among some customers. Forgive me for being blunt, but sometimes it seems that people don't come here for banking services, but to vent their anger and show the worst sides of their character. It is very unpleasant to watch this circus spoiling the atmosphere. I personally watched one man yell loudly at a young female employee. It was not a show of strength, but a pathetic and shameful attempt to vent their own complexes. An arrogant boor and a coward all rolled into one: he shouted and tried to intimidate a girl who, because of her official duties, could not fight back against him. Such behavior is a sign of complete moral poverty, not masculinity; it was frankly disgusting to look at this hysteria. It is a shame that a person allows himself to arrange such scenes in a public place — a blatant evidence of bad manners and lack of dignity. I passed by yesterday: the same situation — and the same man. It seems that he comes here systematically to mock the staff. He arouses only pity and contempt. I think something could be done about it.
