I would advise this bank to take a more careful approach to choosing employees. Today I wanted to change the money, went to the window, calmly asked the employee to do it, to which I received a response in the form of a scream)) I asked her not to yell, to which she screamed even louder in an unpleasant, rude way. I think that a person with a weak mind is not a place to work with people, because that way you will scare away your clients, because I definitely will not return to a place with a similar attitude. Everything happens, we are all human beings, but an employee is required to maintain subordination towards clients and I don't care about her problems at all. I was disappointed, but I wish the girl a speedy recovery and productive work on her nervous system. 😀

On 12/29/2025, at about 16:50, I wanted to hand over the insurance proceeds. He stood in a queue of two people for 10 minutes, after which he asked the employee to provide the appropriate service. When I put down the money and the receipt with the account number written on it, the employee started entering the data, and only then, for some reason, she demanded a passport. I was surprised, because my passport was never required (this is not the first time I have handed over the proceeds and constantly at various technobank currency exchange offices). The girl justified this by saying that a new program had been introduced and now a passport was required. I provided it, and then the employee started having problems with the database. I asked how long this process would take, to which I received the answer "I can't know." Then I asked for all the documents and the proceeds to be returned. The employee replied, "Yes, please, in other places you will also be asked to show your passport." I replied that I understood that, but now I was in a hurry and therefore I needed my documents. After that, the employee put everything in the safe except the passport, and when I reminded her about it, she didn't put it there, but threw it. 20 minutes later, I handed over the proceeds at another branch of the technobank without any questions and my passport was not required. I ask you to understand this situation and explain why there are any special requirements for the transfer of proceeds at this currency exchange office. And check the employee for competence and knowledge of work standards.

I came to buy currency, and then the computer froze ((But the cashier was great, she didn't get confused, explained everything, and as soon as everything worked, she immediately performed the operation. Well done, it's a pleasure to deal with such people!
