After a while, I realized that I needed to take 55 inches, wrote to VK support, called the store, and they changed me to a 55-inch TV without any problems, just paying the difference. Both the store manager and VK support are at full capacity. There is a delivery, and the next day. Of all the hardware stores in Donetsk that I have encountered, I recommend only Technoboom.
