Good afternoon. I applied to repair a washing machine. I quickly got through, accepted the request, sent the number of the master, contacted and quickly arranged for repairs. A very intelligent master (Igor), immediately performed an express diagnosis (right in front of me), outlined further repair steps. As a result, it turned out to be a difficult repair, the "brains" of the car went to Minsk, the entire repair took a little more than a week. I was satisfied with the work! Thanks to the master and Technicity for their efficiency and professionalism!

I've been here twice, applied for a smartphone warranty. Within 3 days, they answered the phone call and issued an act of factory marriage. I knew this would happen, the bullets are defective. The staff is always polite, always came out at the request of a specialist, communicated with them. No paperwork involved. Top class

I do not recommend anyone to contact this organization. On December 27, I gave away the steam station in which the button began to sink. Before giving it away for repair, I asked for an estimated repair time (to understand whether to give it back now or wait until the holidays are over, because the station is in working order and, although with some difficulties, it can be used). As a result, they told me that they would try to do it before the new year, and the station was given over. As a result, on 9.01, I called to find out at what stage the repair was and found out that the master who took over this station had completely forgotten that he had ever taken over a station, during all this time no one had approached the station at all and no one was even going to watch it (everyone has holidays). When asked why it was necessary to promise repairs before the new year, when in the end no one even approached her, she was told that I had not promised and I had not promised. Naturally, if I had known the "speed" of repairs right away, then at least until the end of the holidays I would not have applied to them. A shitty service. No one is responsible for anything, do not pay attention to any promises, money will be taken from you 100%, but there will be nuances with repairs and deadlines.
