As a result, they told me that they would try to do it before the new year, and the station was given over.
As a result, on 9.01, I called to find out at what stage the repair was and found out that the master who took over this station had completely forgotten that he had ever taken over a station, during all this time no one had approached the station at all and no one was even going to watch it (everyone has holidays). When asked why it was necessary to promise repairs before the new year, when in the end no one even approached her, she was told that I had not promised and I had not promised.
Naturally, if I had known the "speed" of repairs right away, then at least until the end of the holidays I would not have applied to them. A shitty service. No one is responsible for anything, do not pay attention to any promises, money will be taken from you 100%, but there will be nuances with repairs and deadlines.
