I really regretted contacting this office. I left my old coffee maker for maintenance with a request: to completely clean it, check its performance and prepare it for full operation. As a result, when I took it away, I could immediately take it and use it. Already at home, when I opened the lid of the tank, I saw dirt on the walls, remnants of some powder and just a terrible smell of chemicals. I tried to solve the problem over the phone, but I got an answer: "well, what did you want? Nothing smells there and we won't clean anything!" Something like that.
