I highly recommend it. I made an order on Tuesday (10.01), promised to send both items (microwave and oven) on Friday. By agreement with the manager, I made the full payment on Thursday. Nothing was sent on Friday, as well as on Saturday. On Monday (16.01), only the microwave was sent. The store is NOT located in Lviv, as it says on the website, but in some border village. This is the first time I've seen Nova Poshta deliver goods in Ukraine for 4 days. The oven was promised to be sent on Wednesday (18.01), but it was not sent. As of mid-Thursday, I just can't get through to the store. Answering machines are enabled on all phones! It smells like a scam. I will try to withdraw the payment through the bank, plus contacting the consumer protection society, possibly a fraud claim.

Once I bought a motherboard from these scammers. They sent me a defective motherboard, I contacted them to make an exchange, they agreed. I sent the motherboard back via New mail! And then the most interesting thing began - I had to wait TWO MONTHS for the motherboard to be exchanged under warranty. I had to call these cadres many times and listen to their stupid excuses. As a result, they sent me the wrong motherboard that I ordered, I had to send it back. Now these scammers completely ignore my calls and emails. I do not advise anyone to deal with these scammers! I hope my information will help people save their money, and not fall for the "bait" of these scammers!!!

Well, what can I say, it won't work without emotions, but then emotions will be banned. Shortly There is such a city of Lviv, I have never been there. But judging by the way the employees of this store communicate, I do not want to go to Lviv. It seems that we live in the same country, but on different planets. I made an order on 10/26/15, he calls from Lviv, -not available, we can send on Wednesday, i.e. 28.10, -O.K. I say I agree to wait, and what do you think?, I call back on Wednesday - he, from Lviv - but we can send today, but 500 UAH more expensive, i.e. I say, while I was waiting, even on the website, the price dropped by 80 UAH, - and yes, -Yes!, I say, change the price, - okay, but on Saturday, -okay on Saturday, I'll wait, and what do you think? Today is Sunday, no call, no text message from the invoice. In short, those who will read will understand the absurdity of this situation, I was lucky that I didn't need it urgently, and I basically waited to write a negative review about these store employees and about the store as a whole. Thank you all.
