On August 27, no one called me until the evening, I decided to dial the same number 1717 and find out what the problem was, they told me that they could see my application and that some mistake had occurred and they would DEFINITELY deliver it to me tomorrow that my application had been postponed to August 28th, the same story repeats on August 28th. in the evening, no one contacts me, neither the suppliers nor the call center, no one warns me whether there will be delivery or not, I call myself again at 1717, they tell me again that some kind of error has occurred, because this and the one that was before it are displayed in the database, and they say that this happens extremely rarely, so tomorrow you will definitely the goods will be delivered, to my question, what if they are not delivered, because the previous operators said the same thing to me, I was told in the application that I marked the situation and noted that it was urgent - "if you do not receive an SMS before 10 a.m. that there will be delivery, you can dial 1717 and ask to connect with the management." When asked where, if anything, I could leave a complaint, I was told that either by mail or in writing in the technodome stores. And I clarified, just in case, where I can pick up my goods in case of anything, they told me that at the branch of the technodome where I bought. Just in case, I called 1717 in the evening to clarify whether the application was processed accurately and I would be contacted, and I got to the operator's girlfriend who created the application for the first time when I called back on August 26, and she and all previous operators believed that this case was very rare. I hope that the goods will still be delivered to me tomorrow, because besides the fact that I lost about 2 hours on the call center line, I also lost money and reputation and other people's time because I asked the workers who make repairs in the apartment to stay longer to wait for the delivery, which never happened (processing was paid additionally) I also rescheduled meetings with furniture makers 3 times who cannot actually take measurements from the equipment in the room for accuracy.
