A very good Technodome. There is always a lot of choice. Sales consultants are customer-oriented, friendly, not intrusive. I would like to mention Esbol's consultant: a competent, polite guy, very respectful. He helped me choose a great laptop, taking into account all my wishes, and professionally installed programs. We always bought all the equipment at the Technodome. This time we bought a vacuum cleaner. Firstly, the store's database does not contain promotions provided by Forte bank, all these promotions do not work in the Technodome! The delivery is terrible, after 500 calls we finally found a courier! They talk politely in the call center, but they lie! What happened to you? You used to be the best. There were plans for more than 1 piece of equipment after the apartment was renovated. The only thing I would like to express my gratitude to the seller Rinat (shop on Tole 187) for his patience, help and stress resistance. For the desire to help the buyer.

Excellent managers on large household and small appliances. The same cannot be said about the managers of the cell phone department.... They are biased, some just walk around and wave off so that they don't ask anything, others generally "cling" to one customer and completely ignore others. Consultation on smartphones is generally not normally carried out - it simply does not exist!

The largest Technodome. Located on the 2nd floor, to the left of the escalator. A wide range of products, adequate consultants. Rinat (a young boy), a consultant, helped us in choosing. Rinat helped to choose a heater, showed and told everything, and even brought it to the car. Previously, a refrigerator and a radio were chosen here, and scales were ordered in quarantine. The prices are the same as in sulpak, but unlike competitors, the service and maintenance in the Technodome are much higher. + it is easier and easier to get through to the call center. For comparison, I got through to Technodom in 3-4 minutes and received the necessary information. In sulpak 10-15, but I never got the address of the largest store in their network. So, it's better to buy equipment in a Technodome than to rattle your nerves in a sulpak!

I especially liked Olga and Alexander. I went in for non-wired headphones, came out with a mouse and a type c cord.

I am outraged by the organization of the delivery service!!! This is out of the question!!!! "Wait for the day." The day is over, it's 21.30. What do you have??? Hundreds of purchases per day?? Or one car for the whole city????Why is it impossible to notify the buyer at least for an approximate time???? Morning, day, night???? The store is empty, barely a consultant was shouted out. There are no complaints about the registration,OK, delivery is 2 days. And so, this day..- my working day is completely lost, !!! calls to the hotline are useless-WAIT!!! This is a mockery, I would have known, I would have brought it myself!!! This is a disregard for customers! I would like to sue you for moral damage!!! And may everything come back to you like a boomerang. Advice for future customers- NEVER make a delivery!!!!

I told the staff personally that my review of the new technodome would be on the Internet. They sold us a monitor from a showcase. No discount. And without the necessary wires (only one outdated cord out of three ports). Taking care of the client? No, you haven't heard. They refused to make a replacement with an additional payment. No steps forward. After buying the monitor, the staff had to check the integrity of the purchase (they forgot the stand and receipts) in the box. As a result, the necessary wires were bought in three other stores. Conclusion: it is better in sulpak. And more polite. And the CRM does not hang when calculating bonuses ...
