The service is at an extremely dubious level. Employees are poorly trained and are not aware of the promotions on the site as a trade-in and, in general, how it is produced, even if there is a contract with the company from the site with an online device evaluation. The operation of the system turned an attempt to pick up an order into a two-hour wait for two days in a row. The employees arbitrarily accepted the payment before the order was completed in the system and then canceled the order on the website, sending home to expect a refund the next day, when it turned out that none of the promotions were valid and the price increased by 100 thousand tenge. I repeat, the employee cancelled the online order on his own, thereby depriving the buyer of the right to the cost and conditions under which it was issued. I recommend that management pay more attention to employee training, as well as system modernization in order to avoid similar failures in the future and loss of reputation en masse.
