I bought an air humidifier (they crammed expensive options, filters from which there are no filters in the city, under an order for 15 thousand from the office.service.the center only). I paid for the goods, but the goods were not in stock, I was able to pick them up on the other day. Then they didn't put a stamp on the warranty. I went to the other day to get a seal, they barely put it with a huge favor, instead of one place, they put a seal on 6 places out of harmfulness (in particular, N.S. Sarzhanov). They treat customers terribly. I am extremely unhappy!!! It is only because of such treatment that I will continue to walk in my Dream.

I advise buyers of household appliances not to use the services of installers from stores that sell them, as they are expensive. For example, just install a refrigerator, which consists in inserting a plug into an outlet and adjusting the legs, in the "Technodome" it costs 2000 tenge, and installing an electric stove costs as much as 7500 tenge. At the same time, both the installer of the first and the second tried to leave quickly - they did not care about the quality of their work – in the first case, the installer did his job in 5 minutes, and without explaining anything, ran away, and when the plate installer came, he demonstrated the same thing – of course, in this case, a little more work, but I was unnerved by his haste, as he had already arranged to come for another application. With all this, he still managed to disappear for 1.5 hours - he went to get an outlet for an electric stove, saying that he was in his car, since what was available from my old stove was, of course, not new. When he arrived, he explained his loss by the fact that there was no outlet in the car. I very much doubt that she was there at all – apparently, installers still earn extra money on such cases, since I had to pay another 2000 tenge for the outlet. The fact is that the purchased electric stove was not equipped with it. In connection with all this, I turn to the management of Technodome and ask them to set the time for work or the installer's services, taking into account, of course, the type of equipment provided, since their work is paid for with a lot of money - for installing a refrigerator, which took 5 minutes, I paid 2000 tenge, for installing a stove -7500 tenge, which took at most 1 hour, minus when the installer went to get the outlet. Question: If the electric stoves are not equipped with sockets, then why is this not told to the buyer, since he must get one by the arrival of the installer??? Or do they have to bring them with them for a fee??

Do not buy equipment in technodom, if you do not want problems! on 21.09 I bought equipment in the Technodom store for 1.2 million tenge, 440 thousand of which was a built-in Samsung refrigerator. When installing the kitchen set, the installer reported that there were no guides for fixing the facades. I called the store's hotline and reported that there were no components, to which the operator replied-there are no fasteners in Samsung refrigerators, and therefore our store does not even install these refrigerators, then you make a refund and DO NOT TURN it ON in ANY CASE, WE WILL CHECK FOR INCLUSION! Then I called the Samsung hotline, where I was told that I needed to find the instructions and all the required components were listed there. I checked with those that were available and out of 22 pieces I had only 6 pieces. I called the technodome again and left a request and my appeal was issued. 28/09 I was contacted and asked for a photo of the instructions with the components and to note which ones are there. I sent it to them on Whatsapp. The next day I already sent them a photo of the refrigerator and a video. No one contacted me further, and when calling the call center and clarifying the status of my appeal, the answer was always the same-wait, they will contact you. After 2 weeks of my appeal and about 10 calls to the call center, I still did not receive an answer. All this time I can't install the refrigerator and turn it on. I only get unsubscriptions from the call center, the number of the store's management is not given to me. The refund processing period has already passed. What do the store's employees and its management do? Stuck their heads in the sand like ostriches and do not see the problem, so there is no problem! Why is it impossible to take a complete set from another refrigerator, give it to the buyer and then solve the problem among themselves and not strain the client? Why do your marketers give a lot of money for advertising and PR? Technodom-shop bottom! The prices of technodome and sulpak are the same to a penny, shares too. I have always been more loyal to this store and bought equipment from them. If you want to save your nerves, then do not buy equipment in this store. They don't solve problems.

I liked the washing machine with a Bosch WNA-254XWOE dryer. The price was stable with slight fluctuations, but we did not purchase, since all the cars were only on display. In November, we went to arrange installments on Black Friday . That is, the purchase price has been under surveillance for a very long time. We purchased a car - 699,000 tenge. Today is February!!!!! Quite by accident, I log into the Technodome application and the miracle new price is 438,000. This can probably be called a scam. It is clear that these are not currency surges or sanctions in a neighboring country!!! Just a divorce!!! And that's 261,000‼️‼️‼️ Good health to you, Technodome!!! You will not be rude to the buyer!! The vile residue of such an utter deception!!
