I visited Technodom, and, frankly, I was disappointed. The range of phones is very modest — there are very few models, there is almost nothing to choose from. I wish there was more choice, because this is one of the key products. Please increase the number of available models. I would like to mention the work of the staff separately. The consultant was good, polite, helped me figure it out and answered my questions. But the cashier left an unpleasant impression: an arrogant look, negligent attitude towards customers. This greatly spoils the overall impression of the store. Please do something about it. In general, the store is normal, but these disadvantages are very noticeable.

The company is not able to be responsible for the delivery time, does not have enough qualified personnel for delivery, the call center staff is not competent in services. There is no way to write complaints and reviews, there is no way to call a specific store to resolve delivery issues (you need to go yourself and figure it out on the spot). There is no way to leave a complaint on the site. The period of consideration of the application is 3 days! As a result, I bought an expensive refrigerator with a dented door, I was terribly upset. Absolutely not a customer-oriented company.
