The service center, as God decides your fate in his favor, the store director avoids such issues and does not try to solve them, the store is good until he has bought the goods, as problems arise, they immediately refer to the service center, the technodome head office in Almaty, etc., just do not touch them, the store's task is for the consumer to buy the goods and that's it the seller's responsibility ends. Be careful, when buying an item, a 12-month warranty is a conditional warranty that depends on their mood. I've been struggling for over a month now, to no avail. The store doesn't give a damn about consumer law. I am writing statements and complaints, also to no avail.

Therefore, I recommend that the Technodom administration review the pricing policy for household appliances. By the way, in February I wanted to buy an economy vacuum cleaner. Everything that was affordable was with a marriage or after a refund. But I didn't want to wait for an order, so I bought it again in Sulpak. Although about five years ago I bought all household appliances in the Technodome. I also looked through phones and computers, so: consultants need to be better prepared, the ATO starts immediately Googling information about the product you are interested in. It's not very nice to see this. Due to the high prices of goods, I put such an assessment.
