This is the strangest store I've ever been to: it's forbidden to touch the display samples. I chose a vacuum cleaner online on the store's website, came to look at it and buy it. When I picked up the vacuum cleaner and turned it on, a consultant who hadn't cared about me before came running towards me, screaming. He looked at us indifferently as we examined the vacuum cleaner from all sides, but as soon as the vacuum cleaner was in my hands, it turned out that it was forbidden to touch the display samples. It's very strange. It's not clear why the store doesn't work online if you can't touch anything (or just vacuum cleaners). What is the point of an offline store if you can't touch the product before buying? It is noteworthy that there is another store two floors below, where we were allowed to touch and turn on all the vacuum cleaners.
