When you buy goods directly from the Technodome itself, the delivery is paid - 1000 tenge, whereas the delivery of goods worth over 10000 tenge is free according to the website of this store. The question is: What changes if the buyer comes in person to the store and directly makes a purchase??? Recently I bought a refrigerator in this "Technodome" and 2000 tenge was requested for its installation, whereas such work (if it can be called work) took only 5-10 minutes – the installer, so expensive, came and quickly stuck it in plug into the outlet, adjusted the legs and installed a limiter on the back wall. At the same time, after he left, when, after the time had elapsed, I loaded the refrigerator with food, it began to hang out when opening – apparently, the legs were under-regulated. The installer was laconic - it was clear from him that he was trying to do everything quickly, not efficiently. It seems to me that it would not hurt for installers to tell customers and users something about the technology that it installs - briefly about how to use it correctly and what problems are possible and what you need to pay attention to when you start using it. In the end, I want to ask: Why does 5-10 minute work of a refrigerator installer cost 2000 tenge??? Even furniture makers do not charge for furniture assembly, and such work is much more expensive than adjusting the legs of a refrigerator and plugging it into an outlet!!! Household appliances in our country are not exactly cheap goods relative to the salaries of ordinary people, in order to still take such money for their installation, which takes 5-10 minutes and consists in adjusting the legs and plugging the plugs into sockets!!!

Terrible refund policy!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to buy in this store anymore. An examination is required for a refund, so they also intentionally delay the verification period of 30 days, although the director of the Technodome himself promised that they would return the funds spent in 14 days. They change words on the go!!! They also tried to dilute it by 9 thousand to check the seal, which was not removed at all, at the service center, although they have their own specialists. We bought a MacBook Air 2020 on February 10th, returned it on the 11th for inspection at the branch, and the question of WHEN the MONEY will be RETURNED is still questionable!!!!
