I bought a gas heater in the evening. The next morning, I unpacked and installed it. The speaker turned out to be defective (it worked for 10 seconds and turned off). I went to the store to exchange it. The manager tells me to go to the service center, they will check for marriage there. Ok. I went and they tell me there that the service repair and marriage check will take about a month. I call the manager, he says, well, let them check the column in the service for a month, as soon as the check is completed, we will change it for you. Excuse me, do I have to wait a month? Even 24 hours have not passed since the purchase and the column turned out to be defective. The manager kicked the service in every possible way. I couldn't stand it anymore and called the consumer protection committee and they told me that the store is obliged to exchange the goods if the period after purchase is not more than 10 days. They advised me to check the service for defects at my own expense, since then the store is obliged to return them to me. As a result, I paid 5000 tenge on my own for checking the column for marriage (the marriage was confirmed). I came to the store and exchanged it for a new column (the money for the check was returned). I never thought that such a large network would sell for some kind of column that costs 45k. Obviously, they didn't want to change the defective column until Talov, until I started poking them with laws and calling the comet for consumer protection. I won't risk taking any more equipment there.
