I want to share my impressions about the fitness club - it's a place where you always go in a good mood! There is a friendly atmosphere here, friendly coaches are always ready to help and suggest how to perform the exercises correctly. I really like the variety of simulators and group classes — everyone will find something that suits them. The gyms are spacious, clean and well equipped, which makes training even more enjoyable and effective. After classes, you feel full of strength and energy, and most importantly, you are motivated to work on yourself even more! Many thanks to the entire club staff for their professionalism, support and positive attitude. I recommend it to anyone who wants to keep fit and get in a good mood!

One of the best fitness clubs I've ever met. I compare it with three countries (Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan). Comfortable , spacious , modern changing rooms . There is a whole crossfit area, a cardio area, and a separate floor gym. There is a long distance between the simulators and some simulators are duplicated, this does not create queues . I really liked how the application is implemented. it has everything you need: to pay , to see the coaches, to read, and to find out the news. It is a pity that there is only one such hall so far and there is still no network in the country of Kazakhstan.

This is a very cool sports complex with many group activities. Circle, MMA, all kinds of yoga, kickboxing, group endurance and body strengthening classes and of course the GYM. I really liked the extreme cycle training with coach Plop, I had very cool Kickboxing training and Boxing has a special place in my heart, many thanks to coach Serik Aksenov, for his hard work and diligence, I filmed. We're sweating a lot. A very interesting and strong team of coaches and staff. And what also pleased me so much was that it was possible to go to Boxing at 7 in the morning. If only they could make a rooftop pool and fly away altogether!!!

4 stars for a good atmosphere, group training and location. Minuses: • With such a price tag, a sauna with a hammam could be added to standard subscriptions (they are only in VIP). • There is no pool, which is a huge minus. • Space prices from personal trainers. • The coffee machine never works. There are not all the buns that competitors have for such a price tag, imho.
