The sad experience of buying hoods from them. I bought it in Kaspi. It died after 2 months, the official act was that the engine burned out, but they refused to repair it under a far-fetched pretext. And even the court did not deal with it properly. They've got everything covered everywhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Terrible shopping experience at the Techgrad store! I purchased a Delonghi KG79 coffee machine, which came with an obvious defect. The machine simply wouldn't turn on at the first use!!! A REFUND was issued! Calls were made to the service center and directly to a specialist, who in turn advised on the correct use and confirmed that it looked very much like a factory defect! The store also provided a Technical Inspection Report from another service center they work with. Having stated more than once that they PAY for the EXAMINATION out of THEIR OWN POCKET!!! As much as 280 (two hundred and eighty tenge)!!! The ATO, of course, did not confirm anything!!! And as a result, I still had to pay for the delivery of 3960!!! I strongly do not recommend buying equipment in this store! Waste of money and nerves is what you will get by purchasing equipment here. I hope that the company will pay attention to such reviews and improve the quality of its products and service.
