From what I don't like. The diodes on the panel are quite dim. I have to take a closer look at where the program is now. There is no end timer. There is no reloading mode in the process. There is no end signal. The top cover does not reach the wall, as in bosch. There's a big gap there. It's not good for me. Of course, you always expect more from smeg.

I have never met such a courteous and caring manager anywhere. As if he was choosing for himself. I've never written bad reviews. But this store deserves only bad reviews! Because they were badly deceived and did not deliver the goods. We ordered a blender a week before the required date (a birthday gift). We asked very much to deliver on time, to which we were told that no problem, everything would be fine, the day before delivery they informed us that the blender would be delivered tomorrow, they specified the time and place. But on the day of delivery itself, silence, no one calls. We called ourselves, and we were informed that the blender would be available in 4 days!!! Bottom line: customer focus is 0 ! They didn't warn you, they provided false information!

The review will relate to the order in the online store. We ordered a MAUNFELD MFF195NFS10 refrigerator in the store via Onliner. The order was placed on Friday. The manager called back the next day and confirmed the order. The refrigerator arrived on Monday. We were dissatisfied with the delivery and the presence of defects on the refrigerator. In particular: the manager did not warn that the delivery is only to the entrance; when the courier took the refrigerator box out of the car, it was already wet at the bottom, which made the cardboard soft; inside, the refrigerator was not lined with foam throughout the height; after unpacking, a small dent was found on the refrigerator door, in a prominent place, as well as a chip from the bottom of the door; there were black grease stains and small scuffs in the fruit and vegetable container. P.S. It's a pity they didn't say that the refrigerator was the last one.
