I want to share the sad experience that happened in this office No. 9. I hope no one will go there for repairs. Unfortunately, the name of this employee is unknown, but he does not know how to handle phones at all. they wanted to replace just one rear camera glass on the iPhone. I did a terrible job, it would seem that the glass with a crack does not look very good, where could it be worse? it turned out that before working with the phone, we asked him in detail about replacing the glass, but we did not think that the person did not know how to change it correctly. what can be touched and what is not , the camera is damaged . The employee did the job very poorly, it seemed as if we had replaced not the glass, but the camera itself on the iPhone. when the situation was explained that such work was not needed and it was not done correctly. the employee shrugged his shoulders and claimed that everything looked fine , they thought they might offer to fix something or suggest how to do better. this did not happen. the store employee just left the workplace and said that I had business. The bottom line is this, please, before giving your phone to this repair, think about whether you should spoil it. if it were possible to put 0 stars, I would do so.
