We always plan our holidays in advance, already at the end of January I contacted this travel agency, just because departure from Mogilev was announced, everything was discussed, the tour fee was paid and we were quietly waiting for the summer vacation (departure 07/03/2025). The travel agent contacted me on 06/30/2025, facing the fact that departure from Mogilev It won't be. Minsk, Bobruisk, Gomel were offered a choice (this travel agency was chosen solely because of the departure from Mogilev). We had to go to Bobruisk ourselves, as it is the closest. During the day, they sent us information about the place, time, bus number, and the contacts of the attendant, and all the information turned out to be completely incorrect. It's good that on the eve of my departure, an employee of the Bus carrier company contacted me.wu also gave all the correct information, otherwise we would have just missed our departure. If you want to get on your nerves before your vacation, then go to TECHNOTOURSERVICE, zero customer orientation, rude communication and complete misinformation.

Good afternoon! We had a rest in Turkey at the Lancora Beach Hotel, Kemer, with a company of 4 people from 08/28 to 03/09. Antonina, the director of Technotoursevis, sent us there. For which I immediately thank her very much! It is probably impossible to write as much here as there are pleasant emotions and memories left about this vacation, the resort itself, the hotel, services, opportunities and staff! I'll try briefly)) 1. We were registered in the office quickly and efficiently. We explained everything in an accessible way and gave advice for the first time. 2. They were met at the airport, quickly taken directly to the hotel and told what was important to visit and see in Kemer. 3. We were greeted wonderfully at the hotel, despite the fact that we arrived around 22-23:00. We were greeted by a very hospitable and pleasant guy Erhan. He helped us with the room, offered us a beautiful room with a sea view, and took into account all our wishes. There was food waiting for us at the reception)), because we missed dinner. Speaking in English, Turkish and Russian, Erhan explained to us all the rules, routines and amenities of the hotel and services in an accessible way. They helped us with our things (I didn't remember the name) and told us to contact us with any questions! 4. The cuisine is very tasty and varied! Sooo much food! The chefs simply overfed us every day! Thanks a lot to chef Burmus and his team for this! Sometimes I wanted not to go down and see these wonderful dishes, because it was impossible not to eat, but I wanted to bring at least some kind of figure home)) 5. The bar is a separate topic) Delicious local free alcohol from 10 a.m. to 23:00! I've never wanted to buy an imported one! Wine is great! Beer is great! Finding out the prices for it in the city and on excursions, beer becomes even tastier!) Cocktails are great! If cocktails seemed easy to someone, then no one forbids you to take another 50 grams of gin, vodka or whiskey and make it to your liking. Bartenders and waiters - there are no words! They are sociable, funny, understanding, kind and sweet. Thank you so much for the work and attitude of Bar-shef Ilhan and his entire team: Baris, Omer, Vedat, Mahmut can! 6. The Lancora Hotel is perfect! This is what we wanted! The hotel has a great hammam, animation every other day, the staff works like bees for us, there are enough sun beds on the beach, excellent and vigilant security and lifeguards. The territory is well maintained and beautiful. 2 pools with cool water. Everything is green and cozy) There are not many Russian tourists in the hotel. There are a lot of Turks vacationing, I think this is definitely an indicator of the hotel's level if locals are vacationing in it. 7. Kemer resort was also ideal for us. We were vacationing in two couples without children. It is a lively, cheerful city with karaoke, clubs, cafes and loud music until 00:00. Beach - pebbles. This makes the water seem even cleaner than it is). From the beach there is a beautiful view of the mountains and the port with "pirate" ships (also worth a visit!). During our vacation, we rented a car for $55, toured three more nearby cities and realized that we had chosen the most beautiful, compact and cheerful one. But everyone else is great too, just not for us this time. MANY THANKS to everyone who participated in the "organization" of our holiday! We hope and intend to return there again!))
