(It's better not to come here, even if you have a guarantee from them) There was a problem with the newly purchased motherboard, the image was not displayed in any way, the built-in backlight and the backlight of the RAM did not work, which led me to believe that the problem was with the mother herself and in the power phases, I took it here the next morning after the purchase, under warranty. I left the entire PC so that there would be no complaints, saying that something was assembled incorrectly (they came up with something to get to). As a result, 8 days of waiting for diagnostics, scratched capacitors, (speaking of capacitors, this was the reason why the warranty was denied, namely, according to them, the cooling mount was not installed correctly, which is no longer possible, because a symmetrical part that cannot be installed incorrectly, which led them to say damage to the capacitors. As it turned out in the end, the image was not displayed due to the incompatibility of the motherboard with the processor, all that was necessary was to update the BIOS (which our clever techno-geniuses did not guess), but they decided to go the hard way, scratched my capacitors, riddled the processor with some kind of slag (which was bought on the same day with the motherboard), which caused it to lose its presentation, blamed the problem on my "crooked" hands and refused to replace the motherboard under warranty. The experience is terrible, and in the process of servicing them, you can easily aggravate the problem and damage what initially worked fine. Don't come here!

What a useless service. We kept the laptop for diagnostics for 7 working days (we still didn't get a call). I call them - the problem is just charging. To fix an old charger - another 5-7 days, to find out the price of a new one from the manufacturer - up to 3-4 weeks (!) over the course of two weeks, I called them 5 times in total, although each time they promised to call themselves. I spat, I'm taking the laptop back tomorrow (today it turns out that you can't take the laptop with which they haven't done anything). Hillary's diagnosis is unknown yet, whether they even looked inside or just checked the charging. With all my desire, I can't give more than 1 star: the service didn't do anything, and I'm not even sure about the quality of the diagnosis, but they just kept my working laptop for 2 weeks.
