I ordered an electric kettle with delivery to Gomel. The courier called, informed me that he would be there in 20 minutes and asked me to go down to the entrance. Since I work from home, I didn't have that opportunity. I clarified why no one had warned in advance that the delivery was carried out only to the entrance, and not to the door. The courier couldn't explain the situation clearly. I contacted the store to point out the problem and find out how to solve it. Unfortunately, no solution was proposed, and as a result, the order simply went back to Minsk. No call, no repeat delivery attempt, no compensation for the inconvenience. I believe that such nuances as delivery restrictions should be communicated in advance, before placing an order. As a result, time was wasted, but the order was not received.
