A decent company, an online store, everything arrives on time and all the most important things work, there has never been a single time that something was presented under warranty, everything works! Yes, the room may be small, but for me this is not the main thing, the main thing is the result, the choice on the site is convenient, simple, the prices may not be the cheapest, you need to search, but for this there are different shops and reputation is important, sometimes it is better to be more expensive and work than to be cheap and suffer. I do not recommend using the services of this store because of its disgusting attitude towards its customers. In particular, the tablet was ordered through the shopping cart on 14.06, the operator did not even think to contact me, three days later he called to ask what was with my order, to which the store employee said that they had an order and they sent a request to the supplier and as soon as they receive a response, they will contact me. The website states that the delivery time of the goods is 0-3 days, 5 days have passed today on 06/19 and there is no reaction from the store, no explanations, no apologies due to the delay of the goods, or perhaps they simply decided not to sell it at the price indicated on the store's website. Not the store, but the lost time.

I ordered 3 products. Power supply, water cooling and housing. Delivered on time. But they saw when ordering my case and my cooling that I chose. They could have called and offered to take a slightly larger case from the same series. Then there would be no questions. And so. They brought everything and when I started to collect it. The case turned out to be small. My processor is too hot and it is important for me to have a good case purge. Besides, I just calculated to assemble the pc before work. As a result, the store refused to return the full price, citing the fact that it fits there, and if I want to return it. Then they are ready to return -20% less and + payment for delivery from my side. I'm not arguing that it fits. But it's small and there would be a stove. For example, in another store when they saw my motherboard and RAM. The consultant dialed and decided to ask again if I was sure of this choice, since there is a possibility that the computer may not start, and the operational one is not accepted back. And I took another one. Everything was good. And here they squeezed 50 rubles to return with a full order of 1350. If this review forces at least 1-3 customers to choose another store. I will be pleased because now I don't know how much to sell this case.
