I brought a not cheap sweater to shorten the collar under the throat with a lapel, explained that it was necessary to leave the collar 4 cm (already the dumbest master should understand). The woman who accepted the sweater silently accepted the order. When I came to pick it up, it turns out that she left it at 3.5 cm. In addition, she removed the 1 cm collar seam. As a result, the collar turned out to be 1.5 cm smaller than the one I ordered. Naturally, the woman explained that she would remove the seam, she warned me when accepting the order. In fact, there was no such thing. In general, the sweater is short, it remains only to throw it away. Here is the result of contacting not professionals, but it is not known to whom! I recommend bypassing the Taylorgroup CHUP.
