There is even a lot of one star. There is no customer orientation. I called to find out the cost, asked to duplicate the information in Viber. I wrote to Viber, I was ignored for 2 hours to write later: "It's already the end of the working day, I'll do it tomorrow morning." The end of the working day for the company, according to the schedule, is at 17:30, I received a response from the manager at 16:50, i.e. there were 40 minutes left before the end of the working day.
The next day came. They didn't answer me in the morning, afternoon, or evening... An attempt to contact them did not give any result.
And it would be fine if we were talking about an order in the amount of 1 pc., a fairly large order was planned.
