Офисы в самой неудобной глуши, автобусы раз в час приезжают, дорожки до станции электричек в толстом слое льда, всегда темно. Никаких рядом магазинов, аптек или кафе

Замечательное место для любителей физики. Огромный телескоп, новые технологии и нанотехнологий.

Хорошие чистые офисы. большая территория, здесь ощущается близость к природе. Очень нравятся дубы, высаженные в округе, у меня дома даже растут их желудята последние 6 лет. Немного проблематично добираться до остановок общественного транспорта.
