After purchasing the card, they said that they needed to verify the phone according to the new rules of the country. Maybe we wouldn't have bought a SIM card if we had known in advance. We didn't verify anything ourselves, we need to run around the PSC and collect paperwork. If you come on business and see a little bit of the city, then you don't want to do it at all. We tried and they didn't approve the IIN, and we also need an EDS signature and a certificate of border crossing. We will not come to Kazakhstan anymore. The service was fine, but either the company itself needs to deal with these issues or simplify the system for non-residents. As it is, it's a madhouse.

It is impossible to work. It's your fault that I have delays in my work, because I need a stable Internet connection. Either return the cost of the tariff and the quality that was, or improve the quality. I live in Almaty, the connection is terrible, rarely catches normally anywhere, constantly 2-3 antenna divisions. I could barely get through to the operator once. On the recommendation of the consultant, I turned off the phone for 10 minutes and turned it on, the connection was terrible and remained so. I live in a * neighborhood. It catches the Internet terribly. I have already left a negative review about tele2 and I will continue. A few years ago, I switched from the asset to tele2. Now I have to switch from tele2 to Beeline, Beeline catches everywhere, even for Kapchagai on the river Or, tele2 even catches poorly in the city of Almaty, not that outside the city. Your answering machine Adele says - "I understand you were upset like for raising the price of the tariff" Yes, what does the price have to do with it, quality is important to me ☝️ You really got with low and terrible Internet, it is not possible to work forever, the elementary page of the site on which I work does not open.
