I came to the office at 18.30, they work until 20.00. Three managers are sitting in the office, they serve customers, and there is a queue for one because they do not issue coupons. There is a live queue. There were more people in line behind me . The manager served the client and left the office without saying a word, the time was 19.00, i.e. I waited for him for half an hour in vain. There is no service culture. The staff is not trained in the basic ethics of customer service. Manager Sabina brazenly lies to her face and simply ignores the client's appeal, and then simply leaves, abruptly slamming the door behind her. Today I arrived at 19:00 and was refused service, allegedly due to the fact that today they have a working day until 19:00, although there is no information about reducing their schedule anywhere and there is an official sign at the entrance indicating the office's work schedule until 20:00. Moreover, the K'CELL/ACTIV office across the street was working normally and I was served there at 7:30 p.m. without any problems.

Although I brought a special camera to them. It is not possible to reach anywhere. If you guys work like this, all the clients will leave you over time.
