The Temple of Artemis (as well as the Temple of Diana) is one of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world, a Greek temple dedicated to the local cult of the goddess Artemis (corresponds to the Roman goddess Diana). The Temple of Artemis is one of the seven wonders of the ancient world described by historians. He was in the Greek city of Ephesus, now it is a Turkish village. Today, a barely visible foundation and one column — out of 127 - remain from the once magnificent temple! You can look at the places of that time, it's interesting.

The Temple of Artemis of Ephesus is one of the seven wonders of the world. Despite the fact that only one column was assembled from the entire Temple, it gives an idea of the scale. To appreciate its former beauty, you should definitely visit the beautifully preserved neighboring city of Ephesus.

Apart from a few stones on the ground and one of the 127 columns on which the storks have built a nest, you will not see anything here. It was a wonder of the world many centuries ago and is unlikely to be restored. Well, since you've already got here, go to the ancient city of Ephesus, which is a couple of kilometers away from this place. There you can walk for a couple of hours among partially restored buildings.
