I wanted to replace it. They said send it, you can replace it if there are no traces of socks. After the analysis, they refused. There are traces: the bracelet was rearranged under the arm there in the store, although I rearranged it myself, the tool of the store (there are no scratches and the links are all in place) and there are traces on the clasp from fastening (I think they will appear from any fitting). Everything else is fine, the box, the tags, and the appearance, the polished planes, etc. everything is OK. The replacement was refused. The manager is a polite normal girl, I feel she understands me, but no... politics))) He asked, but in vain. I think that the store's policy is not loyal and consistent in this particular situation of mine. The dream has not come true ...)) The watch must be returned to me, I will wear it with pleasure, but it's a little wrong. Friends, be EXTREMELY careful.
