I'm calling, they say oh, we can't help you go to the bank or send your passport photo in a telegram. Are you serious? Do you have any idea about the security of transferring your passport photo via messenger? The bank has problems with the application, and you go and spend time solving problems that the bank itself has created! You still have to work and work on the application and with the customer service department. I'm going to the bank to close my cards and switch to another bank!

Очень маленький банк в плане площади обслуживания, на кассе очередь большая может быть она до дверей иногда доходит и другим клиентам приходится тесниться или выходить на улицу и периодически свою очередь смотреть. Обслуживание хорошее, было бы попросторнее было бы лучше

Удобно расположенное отделение с вежливыми сотрудниками.
По факту прием граждан начинается минут через 10 после открытия, пока загрузят программу, посчитают деньги.
