This is not a bank! And some kind of unfair treatment of customers!
Either the program is not working, or the operators are rude! Especially if you wait for more than an hour, namely your number, that is, your ticket freezes!

Обмен валют невероятно сложная процедура. В начале работали очень хорошо. Сейчас просто ужас((( работает электронная очередь, но ей никто не пользуется. Касса принимает только по знакомсту. Полное разочарование 😞

При получении денежных переводов установлен лимит. И без всяких объявлений , стоишь в очереди пару часов и тут мы столько не можем дать.
Заказал карту мастер кард , при получении не могут установить пин код. Заставляют загрузить приложение и мол там вам установим.
Персонал не городской. Не рекомендую.
