Работают как хотят. Пишут, что забрать товар можно в рабочие дни до 14.00. Приехал забрать полог 8 мая в 11.00, ни кого нет. Позвонил руководителю, в ответ, прямым текстом услышал, что он сегодня не хочет работать, приезжайте после праздников.
