I ordered a kitchen and a bedside table for the bathroom. All delivery dates were disrupted. When the kitchen arrived, everything was unloaded on the steps near the entrance and I sat for an hour guarding the kitchen and courageously waited for the loader, who was late, and thought - thank God that it wasn't raining, because everything would get wet.They promised that the cost of installation would be 10% of the cost of the kitchen, as a result, on the day of settlement with the installer, it turned out that he was not aware of 10%, and asked for more. Payment. When we started calling the manager and the director, they found themselves in the house, the manager turned off the phone, and the director did not bother to talk to the installer. As a result, there was a conflict that I did not expect, the installer freaked out, threw a piece of the facade into a toolbox - it was a nightmare. The next day, he assembled the tool and the bathroom table was not assembled. For 2 weeks they promise me that they will install it for me every day, but the next day they call me, they say that sorry, we will arrive tomorrow. I tried to find others as a furniture collector, said - I have a bedside table, 3 people arrived and said that this was not a CALL, but a homemade one, there were no holes anywhere, a mountain of boards for 350. No one took it upon themselves to collect it!In general, never! Do not contact this office. As long as you haven't paid them, they're in touch, polite. Once you have paid for everything, now you become a hostage to the situation. ***! PS. The bedside table has not been installed so far.
