However, the Moldyr administrator reacted quickly and helped resolve the issue, for which I thank her very much. It is very nice to see such a level of service in my native Kostanay — it's worth a lot. I also want to point out that the cuisine is generally good.It's been a long time since I've eaten croissants like this.Oh, and the bar is great. A strange policy with promotions - once they came over the weekend, champagne was included in the bill as a gift, but we did not see the champagne itself. Today we came after 18:00, they have a 50% discount on desserts. I ordered a Belgian waffle with caramel, then it turned out that the discount applies only to those desserts that are already ready, I ordered nuts with condensed milk and again I did not guess - the discount applies only to what is already ready and in the refrigerator. Why not write about it in the promotional offer?!

I tried ice latte with raspberries from cold drinks, I was glad that there was not chymose syrup, but real raspberry jam! My friends were also delighted, let's come here again💘 Another waiter girl remembered our order, instead of writing it down in a notebook – respect to the girl, we have not seen this anywhere! Great service!
