We bought a solid fuel boiler before winter. We visited several stores in Vitebsk, faced with a complete lack of goods, everything is offered to order. We arrived at the Teplobai store and the choice was very inspiring. We have never seen such a choice anywhere else. But most of all the sellers were pleased, not only did they tell everything about the boilers, they picked up the money so that it would be inexpensive and good in characteristics. All the equipment for installation, so the installer also told them how to do it right by themselves. The impression was extremely good. Thank you guys.

This is the most terrible store!!! I noticed this even when buying a boiler, the manager is a girl and the rest of the managers, as I understand it, are not competent in many matters from the word at all. They sold me a boiler and a lot of other plumbing supplies. We signed a warranty card for the boiler, to my question how long the warranty will be valid, the girl said with exact certainty that within a year.
And after a month, this boiler breaks down, I call them, and they don't have anything to do with us here, call the service center. And that's where the fun begins. In order for the warranty to work, it turns out that when starting the boiler, I had to invite a service center from Minsk to pay them dearly for the service, although I am in Vitebsk. Although the acceptance and installation are carried out by the power grid, but they probably do not have enough competence). No one notified me about this procedure, it is not written anywhere in the warranty card. And so I called this miracle store for two weeks, they said every day that we would solve your problem, and then they began to change managers every time I called and I had to explain my problem to each manager anew. I do not know them, probably 6 managers have changed, although there are not so many of them in that store, I do not understand where they took them.
And now a month has passed, it's freezing outside and no one is calling to find out how things are with the boiler, although every time I called them they promised that we would clarify everything now and call you back. But there was no callback. So be careful with the terms of the warranty. To be honest, I have never seen or heard of such a case in my life in my first relationship with a client. And as for the prices, I will say this is far from the most acceptable store, as the comparison later showed. Everything is much cheaper on the construction market.

A gas boiler and a box for it were needed. I left an order on Tuesday night. The manager called back the next morning, clarified the details, and supplemented the order with an installation kit. The delivery was arranged for Friday, everything arrived in one piece. A courier arrived, examined everything with him, checked for damage and issued a warranty.
