We lived in the Terrencourt boutique hotel, the place is wonderful, everything is new, clean, the receptionists are like fairies, and they will cook and open the door if necessary, and all this with a smile! I definitely recommend it.

The location is good, a secure area. A separate playground without cars, the entrance is clean. It is always quiet, with a view of the Palace of schoolchildren or Terrencourt from the window. Cons: common areas of the house in poor condition: the house itself is dirty, with streaks, the entrance door to the parking lot is rusting, the asphalt and paths are not smooth, the area with dumpsters is made of ordinary profiled sheet, which looks very bad already. Because of this, the LCD looks average, although in fact there are all possibilities to fix it so that it is beautiful and presentable

It is extremely inconvenient to live with an infant - there are no normal pantuses, asphalt as after military operations, elevators close instantly, constantly clamping visitors or strollers, the playground cover is destroyed, guards smoke right at the entrance, stinking at all visitors, the list can go on for a very long time. Only the apartments inside are decent.
