Delicious breakfasts, clean linen and accessories. Convenient location, walking distance from almost any point.. There is a mosque and a nice family restaurant nearby.

As soon as you enter the hotel, young people who have no idea about the culture of communication meet at the reception. Very rude, everyone needs to be fired! They make you pay in advance for all services. Whatever service you request, the answer is "impossible" or "impossible". I recommend that the hotel management review the compliance of all employees who communicate with guests with their positions and dismiss most of them!

The rooms, according to the design plan, are not poorly equipped. But it is clear that it is a little not fresh already there. But, everything is clean, neat, nevertheless. Bedding made of pure cotton, changed every day. Towels are also clean. They are also changed every day. Minuses: 1. The reception staff is not particularly polite. 2. The rooms are heated only by air conditioning, which dries the dry air of Termez. 3. Sometimes the hot water comes yellow, apparently due to dust storms and winds. It also happened that there was no hot water at all on the fourth floor. From the good I wanted to add- the breakfasts are delicious, hearty. There is grain coffee, but for a separate fee in the lobby bar. The hotel is located not far from the center.

It's a pretty good hotel. The single rooms, however, are small, but quite cozy. The rooms have everything a lone traveler needs, even a flashlight. I'm sure they wouldn't have put it in the locker just like that — power outages are probably possible, but during my stay it never came in handy.
The hotel has a hammam, a swimming pool, a spa, but I haven't managed to get to them yet.
To date (December 2023), the Termez Palace Hotel is considered the best hotel in the city of Termez. The second after him is the Asson Hotel, but it's just a sewer.
I draw attention to this specifically so that the reader can understand that in Termez there is a huge gap between hotel offers — either good or bad.
So do not hesitate to book the Termez Palace. You won't find a better one.

A good hotel, I would say the top one in Termez. The service is good, the food is good. Breakfast is based on a buffet, you can find basically everything you need.
The rooms in the bathrooms are clean and tidy. The guys at the reception are literate and polite. I can't say anything about the fitness room and the pool, since I didn't have time to go. Another plus is that there is a beautiful and large At-Termiziy mosque nearby, whose muazzin reads the Azan very beautifully.
Of the disadvantages, there are few shops around the hotel

One of the best hotels in Termez.It is located opposite the largest mosque in Surkhandarya region.There's a great restaurant nearby. The rooms are different in terms of comfort and equipment, There are a lot of foreign tourists. the location is good, the hotel is brand new, but the rooms are not always clean. Either they don't clean or they don't clean well, hair is everywhere, plumbing is broken in the bathroom. The towels stank, they asked to change them, brought another towel that smells like freshener… They understood what they were doing.
The breakfast is good, there is a choice of what to eat.
The overall score is 4 out of 5. If you don't have a place to stay, but for that kind of money you can find a better hotel. The price per night is 600,000 soums.

I stayed at this hotel for one night on 11/06/2024 in room 4007.
The reception staff is polite.
The room and bed linen are relatively clean. You also need to vacuum, otherwise there are a lot of different hairs on the floor.
The towels are obviously worn out and smell of vegetable oil (probably dried next to the kitchen). When checking in, there was an unpleasant smell from the sewer, then it became less.
At an outdoor temperature of 34-38, the cooling system did not work well.
1.5-2 years ago I would have put 5 out of 5, but now the quality is not the same as before.
The breakfast is varied and very good.

You need to swim very carefully in the shower, otherwise the entire bathroom floor will be the sea and there is no drainage system.
The pool is a gathering of swimmers in underpants.
They wore underpants all day and sweated, and then dived into the water.
No hygiene control. There are a lot of people who are not related to the hotel.
And by the way, In any case, do not try to eat in a cafe near the Zeitoun hotel. The most delicious dishes, the meat is raw, the salads are tasteless, the only bread is delicious.
The room service staff is very responsible! They are 5 out of all 5!!

1) The refrigerators are small, and practically does not work, starts working only on the 3rd day!

3) the staff is a separate story! If there are no questions to the reception, then the maids who break into the room at 9 a.m. with their cleaning should explain to them that if they are not asked to clean, then there is no need to disturb the guests. Separately, I would like to say about the security, there is a man with a tattoo on his neck, so this clown is trying to point out something to the guests!🤦♂️ But after the answer, it blows away!
