A responsive security guard, ready to answer all questions from finding specific organizations on the floors of the business center, to the cost of renting $/m2. For loading and unloading, there is a separate entrance with access to the parking lot through a barrier at the end of the building.

I have been working there for more than 5 years.
It is uncomfortable in the lobby, there is nowhere to negotiate or sit in the lobby, except for a couple of finished chairs, which are occupied by students and schoolchildren of the Goethe Institute.
For all the time, a decent cafe with a normal dining kitchen has not opened.
