A responsive security guard, ready to answer all questions from finding specific organizations on the floors of the business center, to the cost of renting $/m2. It is uncomfortable in the lobby, there is nowhere to negotiate or sit in the lobby, except for a couple of finished chairs, which are occupied by students and schoolchildren of the Goethe Institute.
