But recently we came across an egregious situation in the Tesoro Mio store on the 3rd floor. I bought my granddaughter a dress for the doctor. Since my granddaughter lives in another country, I introduced her to the dress via the Internet. The dress did not fit either in size or style. I came to the store with a request to hand over the dress. For the first time in my life, in a situation where the thing just didn't fit, I was confronted with the unscrupulous, deceitful, and insulting behavior of the store's director, Sholdan T. All the labels on the dress are in place: they are attached by means of plastic tag holders, and a belt pouch is also attached. And to put on a dress, they need to be cut off. But Sholdan insisted that the dress was worn out in 2 days, she accused me of lying about both my granddaughter and the dress. I thought I was the only unlucky one. But I opened the reviews on the store's Facebook page - and there are a lot of such complaints. It turned out that this is a constant practice of sholdan: you can NEVER HAND over the goods from her for ANY REASON! In a frantic search for something else to invent, she stated that the dress was not in the store's package, which was allegedly given at the checkout. It is well known that the original packaging of a product is a part of the product provided for by the manufacturer, in which the product is packed even BEFORE it arrives on store shelves. When the seller opens/closes the original packaging in front of the buyer, and then sells it in this package, only then can he demand that the item be returned in its original packaging when handing over the goods. And when left–hand bags are used as packaging during the sale, which have nothing to do with a specific product (in my case, a dress), and no one warns: if you don't take the package, we won't accept any claims, although by law the seller is required to provide complete, reliable and accurate information about everything he offers the buyer, what kind of conversations can there be? Original packages are never offered to anyone, the goods arrive in them and are sold in them. Sholdan has long lost all reference points of decency and law–abiding, considering it her right to insult and accuse customers of lying, when lying is precisely her daily weapon with which she flouts the law and enriches herself. If you don't want to spoil your mood and lose money, WALK RIGHT BY!
