The entertainment program was great, the host kept the audience entertained, and the live performance of the Bang City cover band and the great dj music made us dance until 3 a.m. The cherry on the cake were professional photos from the holiday, sent the day after the celebration. A great place to recommend for holidays and vacations.

To begin with, we really liked this place in Grodno, we were there last year. Today in Minsk, it was considered wrong NOT to visit Terra. However, as a result, almost everyone was very upset. Let's start with the 1st: when we entered the establishment, no one met us, there is no person who monitors the arrival / departure of guests (it's a pity), until we were almost in the middle of the hall, no one came up. 2nd: our order consisted of: 1. Caesar salad with tiger prawns (A lot of lettuce leaves, VERY little dressing, as well as cheese, in principle, exactly four slices of tomato, and 5-6 pieces of shrimp, which almost swam in fat, the result was to eat only greens.); 2. Italian meat salad (the same problem with lettuce leaves, i.e., super much, little meat (two pieces); 3. hodgepodge soup (you can eat, but not wow); 4. hoso maki with baked salmon and teriyake (tastes good, HOWEVER! no one warned about their size, it's clear that the gram is indicated there, but I think the waiter should additionally warn about this, I'm not looking at the gram of the dish in the menu, but its composition); 5. desserts (donuts with ice cream, and meringue roll with cherries, very tasty! However, there is one negative: again, gramovka, either there was a more generous pastry chef in Grodno, or I don't know); 6. Americano coffee (I'll say it briefly:it's not worth your money, it's not saturated, it's not strong, it feels diluted with water - too much!, in principle, you can see it in the photo); 7. lemonade blackberry mint (it was delicious for the first 10 minutes, after stirring the syrup, it became very bitter / sour, cold water). As a result: it took 124p from the card, but in fact we liked it: 100% desserts, and soup, the rest is sooo strained ... we came out upset, because we wanted to go to this particular institution, but it turned out like this.

We visited the institution many times and everything was fine until we decided to celebrate the anniversary of our spouse. At the pre-order stage, we were assured that the force majeure of the kitchen should not affect the guests in any way. We arrived at 19:00 (City Day, the establishment is empty), cold snacks and portioned salads are on the table. The pre-order says that there will be children and they need to be served hot by 19:00, and beer snacks too by 19:00 (beer aperitif). The children were fed at 20:00, and beer snacks were also served at 20. Accordingly, we shifted the hot stuff, anyway they told us they wouldn't have time to serve by 20:30. Instead of 3 servings, the children were served 2, according to the waiter, these are 3 servings on 2 plates. Who asked? At some point, I felt sorry for the waiters, I got the impression that they were taken to work on the first day. Because they made "big eyes" when questions arose. Dear administration, what is force majeure when an empty establishment? I went to the bar, and there was our pre-order. In it, the administrator correctly recorded the time of serving the dishes. There were a lot of minor issues from the category of picking up dirty cutlery and not bringing clean ones. I won't even list it. But! I am outraged by the fact that there was no full boarding in the establishment before the disco, and the kitchen and waiters worked sooo slowly. They only calculated us quickly. From the bad: yesterday we served salad in a dirty plate, with a large yellow greasy spot in the center of which there are remnants of a paper napkin. At my request, the waiter replaced the salad plate. During the calculation, I was not offered any compensation, so, taking into account the situation, I suggested excluding the salad (7 rubles) from the receipt (50 rubles). According to the administrator, compensation is not provided in such cases, "after all, you have been replaced with salad." Finally: 1) the dishwasher does not wash well; 2) the person who puts food on cannot distinguish a dirty plate from a clean one; 3) the administration believes that this is a completely normal situation and compensation is not provided in such cases. Such situations outweigh all the good things, so I'm not going to go to an institution where they can serve me a dirty plate with garbage under my food.

Yes, prices have also gone up there, but although the portions have remained in place, the seasonal menu is full of new products and the selection of soft drinks is excellent. It used to be the same in Terra. But last time, even lemonades became disgusting, ordinary sparkling water with syrup. Go to Mogilev or something, learn there, even from the same Burger House, what lemonades should be in composition and size. Portions are getting more micro from visit to visit. I can barely eat three dishes, my husband remains hungry even with three, and he also takes dessert. At the same time, we are far from large in build and have a very moderate appetite. The menu was cut by 30 percent compared to what it was in 20-22. Everything is in the direction of cheaper prices. My favorite tartars have become just mini salads with a piece of bread, and this is a huge difference from the tartars that were originally prepared here. Even the draniki were crushed and turned into some kind of rubber. In short, we only come here now if we are too lazy to go to Tempo on the Expobel or if we know that there will be a lot of people there at Tempo. I won't say that the Tempo suits us 100%, but at least you know that you will get the same favorite soup, in the same version as 2-3 years ago, you will calmly eat 2 dishes and you will not be disappointed. And with regard to Terra, disappointment is the main feeling from recent visits.

In general, it can take a long time to list, but it should be noted that the employees who purchase products take this matter seriously. Oh, yes, including the freshly squeezed juice was prepared on a good juicer. All drinks were brought chilled, as we requested. The fruit is fresh for cocktails. Separately, it should be noted the work of the waiter Vasily, as it should be, we can safely say that he indulged all our desires, the service is at the highest level. The bartender is very friendly. Now for entertainment, when the "non-childish" time comes, a musical group performs, where they sing and play quite professionally and the sound is good, and they guessed with the repertoire (we had such a mood). And then, after the performance of the group, dancing begins, in general, there has not been such a fun time for a long time. Thanks a lot to the organizers, chefs, bartenders, waiters and naturally the security service! And the bathroom was clean and tidy! Guys, keep it up! We celebrated a corporate party in this restaurant and were absolutely delighted! The receptionist, Maria, is a true professional, she has created an amazing menu, and her attention to detail is the key to a great evening. The service is top-notch, everything is served on time, the waiters are polite and pleasant. The only thing I didn't really like was the music, the cover band left much to be desired, and the DJ somehow didn't get into the right rhythm. But otherwise, everything was on top! Next time, we would love to order not only pizza, but also a Scandinavian salmon cake — such an emphasis on unusual dishes would make the evening even more unforgettable! On Sunday, we visited Terra for the first time at the Parus business center, we usually walk on the Avenue near the Academy of Sciences, we like it there, the service is always good, just closer to home. We usually take almost the same dishes, and we have something to compare them with. The place here is very beautiful, just like on the Avenue, we decided to go closer to the sun on the veranda, and we were escorted there. In general, both places are delicious and satisfying, but if you choose one thing in terms of dishes and drinks, you would still choose Terra on the Avenue, but in terms of service you would choose Terra in Parus. We are very grateful to waiter Rafael, we will definitely come again!
