I had to write out a prescription, they said on the phone that I could arrive before 16.00. Additionally, I clarified again, before 16? Yes, until 4 p.m. At 3:40 p.m. I saw a closed grate. Does your time go by a different time zone?) There is a sheet pasted on the window that says the schedule for February. They work until 4 p.m. on February 18, so why wasn't anyone here at 3.40 p.m.? I stood under the bars until the very woman I was talking to on the phone came up and told me, "You should have come earlier."

I made an appointment in advance, arrived a couple of minutes before the appointment, and ended up sitting in the hallway for 50 minutes.
