I don't understand why there are so many hyped reviews. Terrible company, I don't recommend it to anyone! They sold a defective car and have not been able to fix it for the second month! I applied in early April, I waited a month for some kind of master, they asked me to drive the 16th, the car was standing all weekend!! It turns out they didn't even touch her. I drive in the heat without a conder, the oil leaks out, the craftsmen are not doing their job. Think a thousand times before you buy from them!

The most comfortable center in Astana, calm, spacious, bright and clean. The people are kind, friendly, and the management is excellent. We bought Kia Sid sv station wagon, December 31, 2022, we have been riding for 3 years, the car is a class for the family. With all the buns: heated front, rear, frontal seats, etc. only one minus on the windshield in the middle from above, the rear-view mirror with sensors closes the view by 10%, which should be taken into account in order to avoid the appearance of a blind spot - be careful with a movable head;-).

I purchased this car in February 2024, the manager did not warn that the assembly of the RK differs from the Korean one ,cue serato ,2l.during a month of operation, I encountered sweating headlights , the doors were not adjusted, When driving 600 km I was on maintenance at their warranty center , they could not adjust the doors ,the second headlights did nothing they did not decide clearly, they promised that they would dry out in the summer or make it silicone.Nazgul Yerzhankyzy clarified the contact phone number and so everything is quiet on this, you will have to give the addresses above.

They canceled my appointment for warranty service 10 minutes before the recording without explaining the reasons, did not offer another time, just "sorry for the inconvenience", did not record it , although I called back myself, just dynamite. But when the planned one took place, they "forced" me to write a good review for a 5% discount 😂 customer orientation of the top . Starting from the reception, ending with managers and technical director - not professionals, how can you even be called an "official" dealer? You don't solve problems, you just create them. Very poor service, so they change the oil and do IT for a lot of money for new cars. An electrician is generally easy to go to sleep. I came to the diagnosis incorrectly shows the fuel level and his diagnosis was told by the electrician that I need to change and everything wakes up in order. I ordered for 28,000, came to them, changed them, and now the miracle still does not work. So the diagnosis is not correct and I just spent 28,000 and 7,500 diagnostics from an electrician. That's how money is wasted. Their cars are almost empty, they sell used ones. The owner of all this means the same ...... as an electrician, since he himself does not keep under control that such masters work. I don't recommend it. One client was sitting next to him like this through the manager's dialogue and it was heard that they had been making a car for him for months and feeding him promises, and now the director is on the road to solve the problem, although he must work hard.
