The service is always on top, but I got here on the mountain-waiter Irina.
She did not fully accept the order and ran away without listening to the end. I had to go to the counter and order more. She didn't even look up.
As a result, the pizza was brought not on a lush, but on a thin dough.
In the end, she said that she was not a waiter, so the claims were not addressed.
The question is, why did you take the order then?!

It's a decent place for our area, because there aren't that many places to go. I didn't like the pizza, the mulled wine was delicious and an interesting combination. The atmosphere is good, the interior is pleasant, there is not enough space, but what is there. It is better not to go on Friday and Saturday. Minus the uncomfortable hard chairs at the small tables.

It's a good place. Large summer covered terrace. There is air conditioning in the main hall. The staff is polite. The waiting time is normal even with an almost full room. Up to 30 minutes. Four stars for the fact that it seemed to me that the portions here are smaller than in many other establishments, and the price is more expensive.

I like the atmosphere and that this is the only place in Uruchye where it is pleasant to go and where there is a restaurant-level service. Everything is delicious to cook, it is clear that the waiters are trained. And apparently for this reason there are always people here. There is wifi, it's not a shame to arrange a meeting with friends. On my order, I asked to bring tabasco (I like spicy). They always have it at hand, so I boldly recommend this place if you are in Uruche and you need to have a quiet meeting, or maybe an evening vacation with your family. Well done Terra team.

I've been there several times. The first experience was bad. I decided to give a second chance, because I was not far away, but I really wanted to eat. The order was prepared for a very, very long time, not tasty, modest portions, worse than in the dining room. I don't recommend it and I won't go any more.

In general, the establishment is not bad. And if you consider that it is from absolutely not many in that area, then in general it is a class. The staff and service in general depends on who your waiter is. There are solid 10 waiters who know their job. And there are those who will not even reach 5. The food is quite tasty, but the portions are too small in my opinion. For example, if you decide to take French fries, then you at least need a double portion. Because a single one is basically half a bite. But the food is delicious (not wow) but definitely delicious. The last time I was confused by the smell from the plates of the readers (it felt like the moss was wiped with rags).. Hence the strange smell of dampness from them. But this was noticed only once out of 3 visits. The arrangement is pleasant. Cosy. The establishment is on confident 4. But this is my subjective opinion.

Family dinner on the occasion of the youngest son's 11-year-old DR. My son did not like the children's menu, the nuggets are dry, hard, the French fries are sluggish, barely warm, not salty at all. Cocoa is delicious. My wife liked sushi very much. Duck fillet is acceptable, but the side dish is asparagus and the sauce is terribly salted, burnt asparagus with a characteristic taste. Prices are on average, as everywhere in the city center. They didn't want to order pizza, because in the photo on the menu, it looked terrible. The staff is friendly. From the pros: the order was brought quickly. There was a discount for the birthday. Thank you.

There are very tasty desserts and the place itself is quite cozy. The price tag is acceptable. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, and I often celebrate my birthday here. There is a covered terrace.
I've come across the cons a couple of times:
1) The contingent is different. A couple of times some alcoholics staged a brawl, it's not very pleasant to watch this in a decent institution.
2) They make very spicy pizzas, although the sharpness is not listed in them. The only time when they were unhappy
