Unfortunately, the experience is negative. Lunch delivery must be waited for two hours, although the establishment is 500 meters away from the delivery point. And they won't offer any options. Don't want to wait, the customer's problem. The option that can be offered is to cancel the order. Well, I refused, To my joy, there are other, more client-oriented establishments whose work is organized in such a way as to perform the declared services.

Beautiful presentation, good service, cool gifts and birthday greetings. (I saw how the dessert with fireworks was brought to the girl :D - cool)
The interior is pleasant, beautiful and bright.
There is a small minus - the light bulbs next to the window flicker (pulsations are noticeable), it is not critical, but it is not pleasant. And it can also be harmful, for example, according to the standard on indoor lighting: IEEE 1789-2015

The service is interesting. The menu was waited for about 7 minutes, until they asked for it and brought it. For some reason, one menu was given in English, where there is no third of the dishes that are on the menu in Russian. The waiter somehow crinkly responds to a request not to add syrup to coffee, "do you even know how it is made?". I actually know. They also decided not to give change. The food is delicious, especially the cutlets, but the mashed potatoes are stolen. The portions are small and expensive. The coffee was delicious in the end and without syrup, thanks for that.

Compared to the Beijing Hotel restaurant, it is much tastier here and without pathos. If the goal is to eat delicious food in an adequate price-quality ratio, then you are here.
