The first day in Tbilisi, you want to give all the establishments 5 stars because of the color, but then you get an epiphany, and you start to build a ranking. So it is with Terrace 21. Overall, I really liked the place. Beautiful view of Metekhi, very fast service, polite waiters. Speaking of food, the ojahuri was not bad, the pork in it was perfect, the potatoes were questionable, and the vegetable salad also had questions about the quality/ripeness of tomatoes and cucumbers. My wife really liked lobio. The kharcho was obviously heated in the microwave. The beef was barely chewing:(
